One rate. Per child. Per month.
Drivers pay the school a monthly subscription based on the children assigned to them. The default rate is Ksh 100 per child per month — and each school’s admin can adjust the rate and publish their own payment details to match the school’s terms.
Driver subscription
Default rateExample: a driver with 12 assigned children pays Ksh 1,200 for the month.

How drivers pay
- 1Open the Subscription tab to see the month’s bill: rate × assigned children.
- 2Pay the school directly using the admin’s published details (Paybill, Till, or bank).
- 3Record the receipt code in the app so the office can reconcile it.
For schools
Admins set their own rate per child and publish Paybill, Till, or bank details from the Admin → Drivers tab. Every driver’s payments are tracked per month, per driver.

Parents
Parents pay their driver directly. Each driver sets the monthly transport fee per child and logs every payment; the app shows each family their fee, paid, and balance.
